Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband has been ordered to go into arbitration with the star to discuss the tell-all book he has penned about their 11-month marriage.
In the book, Ojani Noa claims J.Lo cheated on him on a number of accusations during their marriage, including one affair with her now-husband Marc Anthony - court documents have revealed.
J.Lo filed a breach of contract lawsuit last years after finding out about Noa’s claims to publish the book. She also took out a restraining order to prevent him from publishing intimate details about their sex life.
Yesterday, the singer/actress’s request for arbitration was agreed by a Los Angeles judge.
Noa says he is angry about the decision and wants a public trial.
"Basically, they were trying to damage my name and my career, now they want to go private in arbitration," he told the judge.
Both Noa and Lopez’s representatives are due back in court on July 30 to speak on how the arbitration has progressed.
