Hilary Duff has revealed she can’t wait to start dating around, following her split from Joel Madden.
The 19-year-old actress told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show that dating "is fun. I kind of feel like a guy, like I can do it now." She added: "But I feel kind of wrong at the same time."
She also said she recently went on her first date with unnamed guy.
"I've never gotten to [date] before, so it's kind of exciting," she said. "I've always just had a boyfriend, you know? I'm young!"
Duff also revealed that she still keeps in touch with Madden, who she split from last year after over two years together.
"I had a really great relationship with him, and we still have a great relationship, which is really good and unusual. He's a good person, and I always will care about him."
