Hilary Duff's teenage stalker has been jailed for four months.
Maksim Myaskovskiy, 18, was sentenced to 117 days in prison and five years on probation by a Californian court.
Myaskovskiy was arrested in November after making phone calls to Duff’s security in which he threatened to harm the star at an upcoming event.
Duff and her family say he visited the actress’ neighbourhood, the neighbourhood of her then-boyfriend, Good Charlotte star Joel Madden, and her mother's home.
