Beyonce Knowles is out of the running for a Best Song Oscar nomination, as only three composers can be credited for an Academy Awards song.
The former Destiny’s Child star was hoping to make the nominations list for her role in writing the song ‘Listen’ for the movie ‘Dreamgirls’, but her dreams were left in tatters after Oscar officials didn’t recognise her contribution to the song.
Only Henry Krieger, Anne Preven and Scott Cutler are credited for their part in making the song, the ‘Los Angeles Times’ reports.
