Disney channel star Anneliese van der Pol has just pleaded no contest to a DUI charge she got after driving drunk last July 10 when she smashing her car into a parked car.
TMZ is reporting that the "That's So Raven" star was arrested after the crash caused "a domino effect in which the parked vehicle hit two additional vehicles." Reports say she then blew a whopping .19 on the sobriety test. That's so drunk!
The report continues: "After hitting the parked vehicle, Defendant then lost control of her vehicle, traveled across the roadway, and finally collided with another vehicle..."
The LAPD arrested van der Pol, whose blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal blood-alcohol limit of .08.
TMZ reports that the Disney star pleaded no contest to two misdemeanors of driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level above .08.
Sentencing for Anneliese is scheduled for March 19. According to the documents obtained by TMZ, the court has offered her 36 months probation and a penalty of $2,844 in fines and assessments. And the actress will have to attend
an alcohol education program.

don't make me laugh. you think someone who doesnt drink and party regularly ala Lindsey Lohan would all of a sudden wind up on the streets with a .19? if she had hit someone, she would be on trial for manslaughter. some role model.

omg,she a normal person? no! i dosent matter! shes a normal person and that normal person went over the limit and CRASHED into cars!
now think bout it,wat if paris h. did it? we'd torture her!! just cause shes on Diseny channel's Thats so Raven she has a protection! dosent make a difference shes normal, she gets punished like a normal.

Her song "Over it"? says " How could you know that behind my eyes this sad girl cries and how could you know that I hurt so much inside?" Maybe she is going through some problems that she cant share with the world, look at Linday Lohan because her father was a f*cked up drunk she turned out to be a f*cked up drunk too.

I loved the show That so Raven.It hurt me a 13 year old gurl what about those small.She was a role model for alot of people.She let alot of little and teens down.They are just like us, they just get more treatment because they have talent and seens they have that treatment they aboushit.Thanks for letting me down.

Well, I dont admire that part, but I still love her and her acting skills, I can judge, my dad drank and drove, and weall make mistakes. But my friend was killed in a car accidet after something like this, and so dont like it when people drink and drive.

man i feel so bad for her she has an amazing voice i luv her song over it oh and orlando brown(eddie from thats so raven) was also arrested though thats so raven is still my fave show but they stopped filming it!i heart thats so raven!and still do!
