Chamillionaire’s ‘Ridin’’ was number three on the list, followed by another hip hop track, T.I.’s ‘What You Know’, at number four.
Bob Dylan’s ‘Modern Times’ was named 2006’s best album. It’s the singer’s first full album in five years.
