Pop tart Britney Spears has posted on her official website explaining why she felt the need to go commando and flash her vajayjay under a short skirt for the paparazzi to photograph and all the internet to see. She writes:
"It's been so long since I’ve been out on the town with friends. It's also been 2 years since I've even celebrated my birthday. Every move that I make at this point has been magnified more than I expected, and I probably did take my new found freedom a little too far."
"Anyway, thank god for Victoria's Secrets’ new underwear line! I look forward to a new year and a new me."
She then adds: "I'm just getting started…Happy holidays everyone!"
Courtney Love is among several celebrities who have spoken out this week against Britney's party ways. “Say what you will about me, and I'm not passing judgment," Courtney said, "but when I had my daughter, I stayed home with her almost every night for the first year of her life."
While Bette Midler called Britney and Lindsay Lohan "wild and wooly sluts", Janice Dickinson chimed in on the party girl with, "Even I had give up my wild ways and buckle down and become a parent. Paris is not the nanny; Britney should hang with the nannies and the children.”
