Angelina Jolie says she and boyfriend Brad Pitt have no plans to wed, not even when "everyone else in the country" can.
Although Pitt told ‘Esquire’ earlier this that: "Angie and I will consider tying the knot when everyone else in the country who wants to be married is legally able," Jolie says the couple don’t have any plans to walk down the aisle.
"We've both been married before, so it's not marriage that necessarily kept some people together. We are legally bound to our children, not to each other, and I think that's the most important thing," she says.
She also spoke about Brad’s comments on marriage, saying his words were misinterpreted by the media. "I think he was commenting just on the state we all wish for. That's not really a comment on whether or not we would or if we plan to."
