Pete Doherty Cleared In Party Death Case

Pete Doherty is to be cleared of involvement in the death of a man who harassed him at a party, police say.

No suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of actor Mark Blanco have been found by police investigating the incident in which Blanco plunged 30 foot from an east London apartment block. The fall happened after Blanco had been thrown out of a party for harassing Doherty.

“Everyone at the party has been spoken to and no suspicious circumstances have been found. There is no suggestion a third party was involved. Nobody has been charged,” a spokesperson for Scotland Yard says.

Pamela Anderson has blasted reports that her marriage to Kid Rock failed because of her endless partying.

Kid Rock was left looking after the ‘Baywatch’ babe’s two sons, and his own teenage son, while Pamela was “out partying every night”, source close to Rock have alleged.

Pamela hit back at the comments on the Howard Stern radio show last week, saying the criticism of her mothering skills “upset her the most”.

Paris Hilton Snorts Dessert, Not Drugs

The white substance snapped on Paris Hilton's nose when she left a New York restaurant was stray dessert and not drugs, her spokesperson insists.

“I can tell you Paris does not use narcotics. I would imagine [it’s] something like whipped cream or a sugary substance from dessert. Something that naturally might have found it’s way to onto her face if she touched her nose or whatever. I’d label it a stray dessert,” the socialite’s rep Elliot Mintz said of the photo published in ‘The New York Post’ last week.

Britney Has To Choose Between Career & Paris

Britney Spears has been warned to steer clear of Paris Hilton if she wants to relaunch her music career, her ‘people’ have told her.

“Britney has been told by her people that if she ever wants a comeback, she has to stay far away from Paris and start acting like an adult,” a source told New York Post’s Page Six.

It seems the pop tart might have taken the advice on board, after partying in Hollywood last week without the socialite in sight.

Katie Holmes has been snapped with a slight baby bump, sparking rumours the actress is pregnant with her second child by Tom Cruise.

At her wedding last month, Katie had slimmed right down following giving birth to her daughter, Suri, but at the recent premiere of ‘The Pursuit of Happyness,” she was spotted with a rounded stomach once again.

Jennifer Lopez is denying recent reports that her new friendship with Tom Cruise is proof of a burgeoning interest in his Scientology religion.

Insiders were snitching to the New York Post that the Catholic Lopez was thinking of converting to Scientology by way of the guiding hand of her close friend Leah Remini of "The King Of Queens", a devout Scientologist, while Jim Carrey is allegedly taking introductory courses in the religion.

60s folk legend Bob Dylan is seeking a court injunction and threatening to sue to stop the release of the film Factory Girl over concerns the movie links him to the suicide of Edie Sedgwick, the muse of artist Andy Warhol.

According to PageSix, Dylan's name in the film is changed and the part is reportedly a mix of Dylan, Jim Morrison and Mick Jagger, critics who've seen screenings report the character, played by Hayden Christensen, is unmistakably the folk singer, who jilted Sedgwick in 1971 just before her death.

Naomi Campbell won’t face charges for allegedly attacking her drugs counsellor, but the supermodel isn’t happy about it.

She’s told reporters she wanted police to investigate the case, as it would reveal she’s the real victim of the incident which happened in October.

“What’s awful about it is it’s dropped - none of it was concrete evidence to be held… I just feel like I am a target,” she said.

Angelina Jolie has blasted rumours she’s pregnant, but says she and Brad Pitt do want another addition to their family.

The star, who gave birth to her first child Shiloh-Nouvel this year, says they’re planning to adopt another child to balance out the family.

“If I was pregnant I shouldn't have been drinking wine last night! No, we're not. I'm on the pill,” Angelina - who already has two adopted kids; Maddox and Zahara - revealed to ‘Good Morning America!’
