Despite not having released a record in ages, Britney Spears has managed to pull off being the most searched for term on Yahoo’s search engine for the fifth time in sixth years.

The pop tart’s chaotic marriage to Kevin Federline and divorce helped Britney fight off competition from Shakira (number three), Jessica Simpson (four) and Paris Hilton (five).

Jessica Simpson Blames Horror Performance On Wardrobe Malfunction

Jessica Simpson has blamed her terrible performance at the Kennedy Center Honours event on Sunday night on a wardrobe malfunction.

The singer forgot the lyrics to ‘9 to 5’ during a tribute to Dolly Parton, relying on cue cards while bombing her way through the performance.

She was seen clutching her strapless gown with one hand, while holding her mic with the other. After the song with finally over, she quickly left the stage saying: "Dolly, you make me so nervous!"

‘The Last Kiss’ actress Rachel Bilson has split from her ‘The OC’ co-star Adam Brody, reports have revealed.

The couple, who starred as lovers on the hit U.S. show, have been together for twp years.

"They've been done for a few weeks. There's no drama. They just ended it," a source, claiming to be close to the couple, revealed to ‘Life & Style’ magazine.

Britney Needs To Choose Between Partying & Her Kids

Britney Spears has been warned her non-stop partying could harm her chances of securing custody of her children in her divorce battle with Kevin Federline.

Both Britney and Kevin are seeking sole custody of their kids, 15-month-old Sean Preston and three-month-old Jayden James, but are requesting their exes get visitation rights.

It’s claimed that the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services, who visited the pop star in April after Sean was injured when he fell from a broken highchair, is trying to arrange a follow-up meeting with Britney after growing concerned about how her partying is affecting her parenting.

Paris Hilton is back with her on-off boyfriend Stavros Niarchos.

The ‘Simple Life’ star confirmed their reunion after they were spotted getting close at Hollywood Video on Monday night. They got nine movies, before going back to Paris’ home.

The pair wouldn’t have got to hang out with Stavros that evening if Paris hadn’t cancelled her appearance at the Billboard Music Awards.

Actress Jennifer Connelly said recently that she received a serious neck injury while filming a car chase with Leonardo DiCaprio on the set of their new film "Blood Diamond", which is due in theaters Friday. Connelly, who is rumored to be pregnant again with baby #3, didn't have much to say about the injury except that she had an interesting evening when she mixed the pain medication and wine at dinner and ended up embarrassing herself.

Beyoncé, Jay and some Def Jam executives were at STK on West 12th Street on Saturday talking about the celebration that will take place on St. Bart's, according to PageSix, and a source revealed, "Beyoncé is throwing Jay a four-day birthday party, but it's really a wedding."
