pete doherty photo Pete Doherty has escape jail; with a judge saying his drug offenses aren’t severe enough for him to be locked up.

The Babyshambles star, and Kate Moss’ fiance, was fined $1523 (£702) for possessing heroin, cocaine and other drugs, as well as being banned from driving for four months.

District Judge Jane McIvor told Pete in a London court that the sentence’s intention was “hitting your pockets”, with him receiving a fine of up to £200 for each drug he possessed.

jude law photo Green-eyed Jude Law reportedly dumped Sienna Miller after being jealous of her new friendship with Sean Penn.

According to reports, Jude became friends with Sean while filming ‘Breaking and Entering’ with his wife, Robin Wright Penn, and introduced Sienna to Sean.

“Things have always been up and down between them, but recently Jude took real issue with the close bond that has developed between Sienna and Sean,” a friend of Jude’s says.

paris hilton photo Paris Hilton has pulled out of presenting a trophy at the Billboard Music Awards.

The socialite says she cancelled her appearance as she wasn’t happy about some of the jokes she was scripted to make about the nominees, as some are her friends.

"It is my understanding that some satirical references ridiculed some of her peers," her publicist said.

The actress, who’s currently pregnant, will pen the book with the help of a ghostwriter. It will be published by Simon & Schuster and is scheduled to hit stores in spring.

Tori says she hopes the book won’t cause any more problems between her and her estranged family.

kylie minogue photo Olivier Martinez has blasted reports that he’s been cheating on pop princess Kylie Minogue as “bullsh*t”.

Israeli model Sarai Givati reportedly told a friend she’d spent “three wonderful days and nights together” with the French model-turned-actor and a British newspaper published photos of the pair in Paris together last week.

An onlooker said the pair looked “very close” and that Sarai was “hanging on his every word”. Adding Oliver wrapped his scarf around her at one point.
