Tara Reid says press made her and her family’s life hell for the past few years.
The ‘American Pie’ actress that the endless gossip and embarrassing photos published in the tabloids about herself has really upset her mom.
"They forget that I'm someone's sister and I'm someone's daughter. It hurts their feelings. My mom, it breaks her heart. I'm her daughter, she wants to go out and kill them,” she says.
"I think I'm just so misunderstood as a person. It's like every time you see me out they'll only show a picture of me, like, with a cup in my hand. They won't show all the benefits I'm involved in with children. They never show anything positive.
"The last couple of years have been really rough for me, kinda like being in a storm or being in a hurricane,” she adds.
But she says the best thing she ever did was speak out about her botched plastic surgery.
Saying that after "coming clean” about it and “getting myself fixed, I feel like it's the end of the storm and I'm starting to see a rainbow".
