Rap star Diddy was left speechless recently when a teenage super-fan proposed to him on his friend Tyra Banks’ chat show.
17-year-old Irene went on the show to talk about her obsession with hip hop star, revealing how she skipped school to watch Diddy’s ‘Making The Band 3’ reality TV show and dresses her boyfriend up to look like her idol.
She was left stunned when Diddy burst through a poster of himself to meet her, but he was the one lost for words when Irene revealed she had a special question to ask him.
"I have one question for you. 'Would you marry me?" she gushed.
Blushing Diddy paused before replying "I'm not ready to get married." To which she quipped back: "You will be in one year and 22 days - I'll be 18."
Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, tried to explain he already has a girlfriend, pregnant Kim Porter, to which Irene had the audience shouting "She's nothing like me.”
