Madonna says the controversy surrounding her adoption of baby David won’t stop her adopting another child.
The pop superstar says she wants to adopt a baby girl from Malawi “very quickly” and will let her children Lourdes and Rocco help choose the new addition to the family.
“I’m going to adopt another Malawian child very quickly. A baby girl this time, in order to redress the balance,” she says.
“But first I would like to give Rocco and Lourdes a little time to get used to David.”
“The next time I go Africa to visit the orphanage, I am going to take the children with me. I want to open their minds to the rest of the world.”
Madonna has once again insisted “there was nothing illegal” about her fast-track adoption of David.
