You all know Kevin Federline filed for sole custody of his two youngest kids, Sean Preston, 14 months and Jayden James, 2 months, because he says Brit is unfit to be a mommy. Douchbag's amusing lawyer layers it on by saying: "Kevin feels he is a great parent and is acting solely in the best interest of his children. He is not doing this for the money."
The grandfather of Britney Spears, June Austin Spears, says not so fast. He told Star magazine, "Why didn't he try and get custody of his other kids? It's because that other woman doesn't have money, and Britney has money."
It's believed KFed may try to use Spears' public mishaps against her, including an incident where she drove with Sean Preston on her lap and another where she had him in his car safety seat facing the wrong way.
Federline's lawyer says the crappy rapper is "prepared to go the distance in order to protect and safeguard the children and will not be dissuaded or intimidated from the pursuit of these goals." (Or her money.)
But this story requires hourly updates and the latest is that if the custody threat doesn't work, K-Fed is willing to just move back into mansion and start spending Brit's money again as if nothing happened. PageSix reports that he's broke and that he's begging Brit to take him back!

i dont feel sorry for britney spears... she didnt have to go after kevin in the first place .she knew he was with shar and that she was expecting there second child together and she chose to get herself involved with him ,she could have found her own man instead of messing around with someone elses,she got just what the hell she deserves i hope she has to pay out so much money to him that she cry's her eyes out... now she'll be a single parent with two babies just like shar,what goes around comes around,pay is a b@#ch!!!!! i dont know why everybody's jumping on kevin he did what he was suppose to someone like her ,when u mess around with a guy who already has a girlfriend and a baby on the way with the woman your a skank!!!! with a capitol "S" she has no respect for herself how was kevin suppose to respect her? he married her for her money!!!!!!
