‘The Sopranos’ star Jamie Lynn Sigler has confessed she almost committed suicide because of the pressure on her as a young star.
The pretty brunette says she had anorexia, which made her so depressed she wanted to take her own life, when she first shot to fame playing Tony Soprano's daughter on the hit show.
"I really just said, 'Why can't I be normal? Why can't I be happy? I have everything. I just don't understand. I don't want to live anymore," Jamie says.
She adds she was forced to battle her issues again later when fans of the show posted crap on message boards about her as she weight gained and reached a healthy size.
"People just wrote the most horrible things like, 'How did she get so fat?' What happened to her?' It hurt so bad," she says.
"It got to the point where it was so overwhelming that suicide seriously crossed my mind."
