A teenager who allegedly threatened to kill Hilary Duff has been arrested on suspicion of stalking the pop star and actress.
19-year-old Duff and her boyfriend, Joel Madden from Good Charlotte, had previously sought a restraining order against 18-year-old Makism Myaskovskiy.
According to court papers, Myaskovskiy has admitted having an obsession with Duff and planned to take "dramatic actions" to attract her attention.
He is expected to appear in court on Tuesday.
Duff took action against Myaskovskiy, claiming he tried to visit her neighbourhood, as well as where her mom and boyfriend live.
Myaskovskiy also threatened to kill himself and saw Madden as a threat, legal documents claim.
