Vince Vaughn is taking legal action against three newspapers which reported he kissed a “mystery woman” at a London charity event.
The Sun, Daily Mirror and New York Post are all on Vince’s suing list. The papers reported that Vince had broken up with Jennifer Aniston days before smooching with another woman.
Vince argues that as he and Jennifer are still together, the articles falsely suggest that he had been unfaithful to her.
He also argues that the photograph printed alongside The Sun and Daily Mirror articles was seriously misleading.
Vince denies the reports that he was locked in a passionate embrace and kiss with the woman.
