Paris Hilton needs to listen to her own advice. The socialite, who was arrested for drunk driving last month, has warned teens about the dangers of downing alcohol before getting behind the wheel.
The ‘Simple Life’ features in a full page public service announcement in a teen magazine.
"All it takes is one drink to mess with the way you drive - it clouds your judgment and slows your reflexes. Don't take any chances. It just isn't worth it," she tells readers.
It only does take one drink, well, if we believe what Paris said after her arrest. She told police she’d only had one margarita when stopped in the early hours for speeding from a party.
She said she “hadn’t eaten all day” and blamed her speeding on being “really hungry,” saying: “I was driving fast because I needed a burger."
Paris has postponed her court date to answer drink driving charges and is yet to enter a guilty or not-guilty plea.
