Nick Lachey’s recent romantic gesture for girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo left her more red-faced than starry-eyed.
Nick dragged the MTV presenter on stage with him during a show in Atlanta, Georgia to serenade her.
He sat her on a stool in the middle of the stage and kisses and caressed her as he crooned his way through a romantic ballad last Friday.
Blushing Minnilo spend most of the cringe-worthy performance hiding under her hat.
Meanwhile, Nick’s ex-wife Jessica Simpson has pinpointed the exact time she knew their marriage was in tatters and she wanted a divorce.
She says it was October 2005 when Nick decided not to come on a charity tour to Africa with her.
"I went there on our three-year wedding anniversary," she says. "He stayed home."
She adds: “On that day, everything became so clear. I was in hospitals with all these sick kids. I just knew I needed to find something more in my life, on my own."
