But Shanna says no, it was Paris's bitch, Stavros Niarchos, who attacked her and shoved her down the stairs. The two have filed police reports claiming battery on the other party.
There are two versions to the incident which happened at the Hyde nightclub at around 1:10 AM. Paris says Travis' soon-to-be-ex and "Dancing with the Stars" contestant confronted her about dating Travis and started screaming obscenities, then punching her in the jaw. With a closed fist.

A source also says that Shanna has been leaving threatening messages on Paris's answering machine. Apparently, Shanna had to be "restrained" while several people helped poor Paris leave the club. The heiress drove directly to the police station and filed a report of battery.
