Madonna is facing even more problems with her planned adoption of an African child, after his father claimed he didn’t quite get the concept of adoption and never wanted to give up his son “for good”.
Yohane Banda says the adoption services in Malawi never told him 13-month-old David would no longer be his son and he only wanted the pop superstar to “raise” the child.
He says he only signed the agreement after being told Madonna would “look after” David until he had grown-up, when he would return to Malawi.
Banda has previously said the controversial adoption was the best for his child.
David flew to Britain last week to live with Madonna after a Malawian judge granted her a temporary order to care for him.
