Jamie Lee Curtis Gives Up Movie Career

jamie lee curtis photo Jamie Lee Curtis has revealed she’s given up acting.

The 46-year-old, who’s famed for her roles in movies like ‘Halloween’, ‘True Lies’ and ‘A Fish Called Wanda’, says she wants to put her family before her career on the big screen.

"I'm not an actor anymore," Jamie confessed in an interview with ‘Access Hollywood’ host Nancy O'Dell. "I really don't imagine I'll do that again."

Jamie, who was on the show to promote her latest kids book, ‘Is There A Human Race?’ went on to say: “I'm just focused on my family and just can't imagine anything that's going to pull me away from them right now."

Her last movie, 2005’s ‘The Kid & I’, could prove to be the last we see her in.
