Hilary Duff is to make her video game debut, along side her Chihuahua Lola, in the The Sims 2: Pets game.
Sims fan Hilary says she’s excited about being immortalized in the game.
“I’ve logged hundreds of hours playing The Sims games, so I jumped at the chance to be in The Sims 2: Pets,” the singer and actress says.
“I love creating Sims characters and guiding them through life, designing their houses and then blinging them out with cool furniture. Now, in The Sims 2 Pets, EA has combined two things I really enjoy - pets and The Sims!”
Hilary was heavily involved in the developing the game, its makers say. She helped create both her and Lola’s characters and designed some of the tricks the dogs can do in the game.
Like her owner, two-year-old Lola also barking mad about the game: “Although she’s trying not to let it go to her head, Lola is very excited to make her cameo in The Sims 2: Pets next month!” Hilary says.
“We can’t wait to hang at Central Town Park, play with other pups and shop around for the latest pet accessories!” she adds.
Hilary can be seen in copies of the game bought before December 31st.
