Rap vixen Foxy Brown has been sentenced to three years’ probation for assaulting two New York nail salon workers in August 2004.
Foxy attempted to withdraw a guilty plea she made in August, saying she had felt rushed into the decision, but the judge ruled the plea agreement was valid.
The rapper, whose real name is Inga Marchand, punched and kicked the employees in a dispute over payment for a pedicure and manicure.
She had been threatened with jail after she failed to show up in court on Monday.
Last year, Foxy rejected a plea deal, protesting her innocence and demanding the assault charge be reduced to the lesser count of disorderly conduct.
Acceptance of the deal would mean she would had served 10 days community service.
