So much for the custody battle. For the second time in five years, ex-wife Debbie Rowe has given up visitation rights to see her two kids, in exchange for having her alimony payments reinstated by Michael Jackson. So it was all about the money after all.
She's already gotten a mansion and millions of dollars but a source says she's broke and needs that $1 million a year payment to survive.
Us Weekly is reporting that Rowe has voluntarily given up custody of Prince Michael, 9, and Paris, 8, again and dropped the custody dispute now that payments will resume.
Last July, it was revealed that Rowe had been been $1 million a year for three years then $750,000 yearly for six years. But a source tells the mag she can't make ends meet. "It's hard for Debbie. She's broke," the source said.
Jackson's lawyer, Michael Abrams, said: "Michael is satisfied with the results, and I believe Ms. Rowe is satisfied."
