Nick dragged the MTV presenter on stage with him during a show in Atlanta, Georgia to serenade her.

Rap vixen Foxy Brown has been sentenced to three years’ probation for assaulting two New York nail salon workers in August 2004.
Foxy attempted to withdraw a guilty plea she made in August, saying she had felt rushed into the decision, but the judge ruled the plea agreement was valid.
The rapper, whose real name is Inga Marchand, punched and kicked the employees in a dispute over payment for a pedicure and manicure.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have finally set a date for their hyped wedding. The Hollywood couple will tie the knot in Italy on November 18, their spokesperson says.
Katie will walk down the aisle in a dress designed by Giorgio Armani, Arnold Robinson also revealed.
Tom and Katie have been engaged since July 2005, just two months after they were first snapped together in Rome.

TMZ has learned that a TV crew from E! Entertainment was detained Thursday by security guards after allegedly committing a brazen trespass on Brad Pitt’s property.
According to sources, two people from E! walked up to the back perimeter of Pitt’s Hollywood Hills compound on a dirt driveway. Pitt’s reps told TMZ that the crew unchained the gate, allegedly trespassed onto the actor’s private property and began filming the exterior of his house.

Pop diva Madonna taped an interview for the "Oprah Winfrey Show" today via satellite from London to respond to the swirl of controversy surrounding her efforts to adopt a baby boy from Malawi. Though the show doesn't air until Wednesday (Oct 25), a member of the studio audience has revealed that Madonna said she was surprised by the controversy and accused the press of "getting to" the father.

C-Murder/C-Miller cannot give interviews to promote his new album, a judge has ruled.
The rapper, whose real name is Corey Miller, is currently under strict house arrest while awaiting a re-trial for allegedly shooting a 16-year-old outside a Louisiana club in 2002.
Label bosses hoped the rules of the rapper’s house arrest could be bent to allow him to promote the album, but State District Judge Martha Sassone said he will only be able to be photographed as part of the promotion.
