Orlando Bloom has revealed he hates kissing his co-stars, saying screen smooches make him feel “uncomfortable” and “embarrassed”.
He blushed: "In my new movie 'Haven' I hated kissing Zoë Saldaña. I was like, 'Take your tongue out of my mouth, please. Your boyfriend is standing right there'.
"Most people think kissing beautiful co-stars must be great but it's always awkward."
The ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ actor has also revealed he doesn’t mind being labelled as a sex symbol, as his acting idols were also branded with the tag.
"That doesn't bother me. Name any of my heroes, and they were hotties,” he says.
"Brando was a pin-up, so was James Dean, Paul Newman. I'm not going to rest on my 'teen hottie' laurels. I have aspirations to do more than that.
"Still, they're very loyal fans, those teenage girls! I definitely appreciate them."
Orlando recently split from ‘Superman Returns’ actress Kate Bosworth but has refused to speak about the break up, saying: “It's still nobody's business."
