Jennifer Aniston has settled a legal case against a perverted photographer she sued for allegedly taking photos of her while she was topless at home.
The ‘Friends’ star claimed Peter Brandt used a telephoto lens to take shots of her while she was undressed in her home, describing his actions as "invasive, intrusive and unlawful measures".
Brandt argues he took the pictures legally from a public pavement. "I was 300 yards [274 metres] away and anybody on that hillside could have seen her," he has said.
Jennifer’s lawyer, Jay Lavey, says the case has been amicably resolved, but details of the settlement are “confidential”.
The 37-year-old actress sued Brandt last December, saying she should expect privacy in her own home.
