Insane prank movie ‘Jackass: Number Two’ has topped the North American box office, after raking in $28.1m in its opening weekend.
Movie-goers were treated to seeing crazy pranks including Bam Margera being burned with a cattle brand and Steve-O attaching a live leech to his eye [pictured]. Nice.
‘Jackass’ is believed to have had the best opening weekend in the US since Will Ferrell's ‘Talladega Nights’ took $47m in August.
Jet Li’s martial ‘Fearless’ was forced into second place, and last week’s number one ‘Gridiron Gang‘, starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, fell to number three.
‘All the King's Men’, Sean Penn's political drama, did badly. It took just $3.8m and entered at number seven.
The remake, which features Kate Winslet and Jude Law, had been expected to make $8-10m.
