Tom Cruise is pissed off after being called the world’s most sexist star.
Sidney-based awards the Ernies honour the most derogatory public statements and decided Tom’s sexist comments deserved some recognition.
They claim before the birth of his daughter, Suri, Tom reportedly said: "I've got Katie [Holmes] tucked away so no one will get to us until my child is born."
But Tom’s representative insists the comments were completely made up.
"Anyone who knows him knows that he is a complete gentleman and would never ever say such a thing. He has the utmost respect for women.
"His mother, his sisters, Kate and his children are the most important things in the world to him.
"Women have always played a positive and important role in who he is as a man."
