They reportedly gave her a million dollar advance but even that could not make party animal Lindsay Lohan give up her wicked ways for a few days to promote her own music. The singer/slash/actress has angered the British execs at Island Records who are disgusted by her laziness and refusal to do a promo tour in the UK for her single "Over".
An industry source told The Sun newspaper: "The single was a huge flop over here because Lindsay couldn't be bothered to get off her bum and promote it. In the end they didn't even bother releasing the album, called 'Speak', in Britain."
"She didn't bother to come over to the UK to do interviews or make TV appearances to help sell the album. Island have now decided not to do another one with her."
Hohan, who barely has time to show up to the set for her current film "Georgia Rule", has been in overdrive on the party circuit and spending her time with new beau Harry Morton.
