Harry Potter fans are reportedly pissed off that movie bosses have decided to ditch quidditch from the latest film.
Producers have axed scenes of the broomstick sport from the ‘Order Of The Phoenix’ movie, saying they couldn’t keep everything in the movie because JK Rowling’s book is a whopping 800 pages.
“If we included everything the film would be seven hours long,” a Warner Brothers source says.
Fans are angered because quidditch plays a big part in the story. It is the first time that the character Ron Weasley takes part in the game.
“This makes me mad. I loved that part in the book and Quidditch plays a pretty big part,” one fan has said.
Fans can catch the movie when it hits theatres next July. Filming on the movie will finish next month.
