Back in the day, catwalk beauty Cindy Crawford said her fab face was the result of treatments of a mixture of ground coffee and olive oil. Then one frightful day, the miracle cure "wasn't working" anymore and poor Cindy grew hideously fugly. Oh my!
The wretched horror of growing old and turning the big 2-9 had finally settled on the supermodel.
"I have a very simple, healthy life, which works miracles. I drink a lot of water, watch what I eat and exercise," Cindy says in an interview with Gala magazine. But then dropped this bomb: "But I owe the quality of my skin to my cosmetic surgeon."
The 40-year-old reveals she's been having cosmetic procedures FOR ELEVEN YEARS:
"I'm not going to lie to myself," she says. "Past a certain age, creams work on the texture of your skin but, in order to restore elasticity, all I can really count on is vitamin injections, Botox and collagen."
So does this mean, like, her own line of beauty products -- including moisturizers, facial masks, and cleansers -- aren't worth crap?
