Paris Hilton has revealed the secret behind how she stays so super-slim.
The socialite says she doesn’t starve herself and snacks on chips, fries and pasta like the rest of us, and doesn’t even diet.
"I try to be sensible, but I really think each individual should do what suits them. I believe that life is too short to be worrying about diets,” she explains.
"Enjoy life, eat carbs at night if you want. You can always dance the calories off."
She’s admitted her favourite naughty snack food is: "McDonald's french fries, but they are just the best so I can't help it."
So she stuffs her face with fatty foods, doesn’t count the calories and still doesn’t gain weight? How the hell is she so thin then?
"I'm always on the go and that burns plenty of calories. I'm really lucky that I have a naturally good figure."
