The British version of hit television show ‘The Office’ could be made into a movie.
The Ricky Gervais-starring series, which has been remade in the U.S. for NBC, could be one of many BBC TV shows taken to the big screen - the channel says.
Comedies ‘Little Britain’ and Ricky Gervais’ latest show ‘Extras’ could also be adapted into feature films.
"Many of the comedy talents we work with ultimately want to paint on a bigger canvas, and this relationship with BBC Films means that we can now offer them that opportunity," Head of comedy talent, Kenton Allen, says.
