While her sis Paris carves out a movie and TV career, heiress Nicky Hilton is getting into the family business by launching her own hotel.
The socialite wants to transform two existing buildings into the Nicky O South Beach project in Miami, Florida later this year.
She plans to design all of the interiors of the hotel, which is named after herself - with the ‘O‘ standing for her middle name Olivia, all by herself.
The swanky new hotel will also feature a $5,000-a-night penthouse suite designed by fashion guru Roberto Cavalli.
Nicky, who is the granddaughter of hotel tycoon Conrad Hilton, says she knows the hotel will be a success.
"I've been around hotels my whole life, and I know a good hotel when I see one," she explains.
Among the features at Nicky’s new 94-room boutique/condominium will be entertainment news tickers in the elevator and a signature scent.
After the hotel’s launch, she hopes to open a second boutique in Chicago.
