Mischa Barton - that chick who was killed off on that show called the "OC" and had like that scene where she like totally kissed another girl - yeah, that chick -- the one who hung out with the way cooler Nicole Richie in June -- well she actually said that she can't understand why she isn't more famous in the UK, because she was like totally born there. Don't feel bad, Mischa, nobody in the US knows who you are either.
The 'OC' actress - who was born in London but moved to New York when she was 5, was moaning: "I'm so surprised nobody really knows me in England. It's just unbelievable."
"I have to introduce myself, which I never have to do in the States."
Mischa, 20, is desperate to be considered for "serious" dramatic roles and is even going to attend acting school to try to learn how to act. She's enrolled in a course at the Royal Academy for the Dramatic Arts, London's prestigious drama school, for like, a whole summer.
