Eminem has been accused of assaulting a man in the toilet of a Detroit strip club on 8 Mile Road.
Miad J., the alleged victim, says he was punched repeatedly by rap star after he tried to talk to him in the bathroom of Cheetah‘s strip club.
"Eminem got done and boom…he started swinging. I wasn't even expecting it. I was just minding my own business, taking a leak," Miad said.
Detroit police have yet to speak to Eminem and no charges will be filed until the prosecutor’s office receives all the information on the case.
Both Eminem and Cheetah’s representatives have declined to comment on the incident.
