Paris Hilton has vowed to never wear fur again after watching horrific footage of animal cruelty shown to her by Paul McCartney’s estranged wife Heather Mills. Go Paris!
The socialite was famously pelted with flour by angry People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) activists after she was spotted wearing real fur at this year’s London Fashion Week.
"I am not going to be wearing fur anymore. I met up with [Heather] and she showed me videos of how badly the animals are treated. It is just disgusting. I am an animal lover."
Let's hope Paris sticks to her promise.
Last September, Heather received a Humanitarian Award from PETA in recognition of her work campaigning for a ban on cat and dog fur. Actress Jamie Lee Curtis who presented Heather with the award said: "Heather has inspired consumers and retailers to leave fur where it belongs – on the animals."
