Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are rumoured to have asked ‘American Idol’ finalist Katharine McPhee to sing at their wedding next month.
Katie reportedly met Katharine at the Los Angeles Church of Scientology, where the singer attended courses with her boyfriend.
Since the meeting, Katie has become a huge fan of the ‘Idol’ star. "Tom and Katie have become Katharine's biggest fans. They think she's destined to become a singing legend," a source says.
Although we don’t know how much truth there is in this, as Katharine - who recently lost out in the ‘Idol‘ final to Taylor Hicks - has previously insisted she’s not a scientologist.
