Rap bad boy DMX recently broke down in tears during a magazine interview while speaking about how his mother abused him as a child.
The hip hop star had revealed all about the beatings he used to regularly get from his mom in his autography ‘Earl: The Autobiography of DMX’, but has rarely talked about it in interviews.
DMX revealed to rap bible The Source: "My mother would beat me so bad, I wouldn't be able to sit down. And I would never snitch."
He adds that while he forgives his mom, he’ll never forget the pain and suffering she caused him: "I understand that parents are just people with children. If you look at people, you got [bleep], you got stupid people and you got ignorant people. I looked at it in that light. I just ended up with one of those people.
"I kinda still do feel sorry for her, 'cause she really doesn't get it. She still doesn't get it."
