Christina Milian has been dropped from her record label, Island Def Jam, after disappointing sales of her latest album ‘So Amazin’’.
The album, which was released just a month ago, sold around 50,000 copies in its first week.
The R&B singer’s spokesperson says the split was a mutual decision, and blamed creative differences for the deal being ended.
Christina reportedly pissed off Def Jam bosses when she decided not to record ‘SOS (Rescue Me)’, which became a massive hit for new R&B chick on the block Rihanna.
