Britney Spears can't get rid of this guy even when she wants to. There are stories circulating that the pop star just returned home to find her California mansion in shambles and her lowlife husband Kevin Federline and a large group of his friends lying about drinking and smoking pot and just having a good ol' time while she was away. Apparently Britney reached her boiling point and has thrown Kevin out of the main part of the house and ordered him to live in the basement. "Their relationship has totally broken down," a source told London's Daily Mirror.
"Britney desperately wanted it to work and still does for the sake of their family, but she has had enough of him and the awful friends he hangs around with," the source said.
Britney - who is pregnant with their second child - has been trying for months to keep it together for the sake of her family, but it seems K-Fed is unable to change his party, carefree ways. The Mirror quotes a close friend of Britney as saying: "She wanted to wait, but their relationship has become so hostile she just doesn't see how she can make it work."
It's all been rumor up to now but what's really interesting is that Britney's rep has refused to deny the claims that she thinks her second marriage is over and wants a divorce.
