Aaliyah Memories Haunt Jet Li On Movie Shoot

Jet Li says he’s been haunted by memories of the late R&B princess Aaliyah while shooting his new movie in Vancouver, Canada. The same place he filmed ‘Romeo Must Die’ with Aaliyah.
Li and Aaliyah starred in the movie, an urban version of ‘Romeo and Juliet' as lovers whose families are rival gang leaders.
“I have some memories of this very beautiful city, but it still makes me think about Aaliyah,” Jet says. “She was such a talented girl and some locations when you pass by every day, you still think about her.”
