And the next rocker celebrity breakup couple is: Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx and his wife, the former "Baywatch" babe Donna D'Errico !
Citing the usual "irreconcilable differences" blah-blah, Nikki and Donna are splitting after 9 years of marriage, and she says she wants custody of the kids. Okay, whatever.
What perks the ears of Crueheads (other than Nikki being newly single) is news that the bassist - who's finishing up the "Carnival of Sins" tour - not only has a new album and a film in the works, he’s also planning on a personal project called “The Heroin Diaries”, which is a book drawn from his 1986 and ‘87 journals, when he was a heroin addiction. Now that will some interesting reading.
Sixx told the Launch Radio network in an interview that the book will probably be published in 2007 and is every bit as frightening as its title suggests. “It’s done, yeah. (It’s) fuckin’ dark, bro,” he said. “It’s a dark journey through a reality that I’m glad I don’t have to live anymore. It was healing and unnerving.”

Wow!! It sounds like Nikki will be keeping busy during his rough times. Good. Because I, for one, can't wait for him to go on tour again, read the new book, and see the movie. Let's all wish Nikki our best, and give him all the time he needs to heal and find happiness again. I hope he has a close friend he can trust and just listen to him and take care of him. I can't wait for things to get better for Nikki Sixx. I personally have been a Crue fan since the early 80's. I am very sorry that he has to go through this and wish him the best in life. I really hope things start to come around , he seems to be keeping busy but that still doesn't heal the heart!!! I think he is the most amazing dad and after all the shit he is going through he still manages to say in a statement "the kids are always my first priority" how much shit can one person take in a life time and still be able to keep their minds straight enough to realize that the kids are the most important thing to look out for... Nikki man if by chance you get a chance to read this while your surfing the net or somehting, please know that you have a person in Canada who thinks about you EVERYDAY & I MEAN EVERYDAY that hope things get better for you.
