Nicole Richie revealed in a recent interview that she did not split from former bestest friend Paris Hilton because of the hotel heirhead's "One Night in Paris" sex tape getting screened at a private party. Nicole is alleged to have upset her "Simple Life" co-star who had arrived to find the party laughing at the raunchy film made by her ex-lover Rick Salomon. Nicole says it didn't happen like that. She tells Vanity Fair magazine, "A, I don't watch porn - and B, I don't want to see someone I've known forever having sex. I mean, that's gross!"
What's incredible is that Nicole is still talking about the whole thing and feeling the need to deny it ... probably because Paris hasn't let it go either.
It's rumored that Paris has written a song called "Jealousy" for her upcoming CD - and the "jealous friend" is supposed to be Nicole. Paris told Out Magazine... "It's a song about any girl. Any girl has a girlfriend that's jealous of you. It's the meanest, most evil thing that can take over you."
Then she got more specific: "I brought her (Nichole) on 'The Simple Life', and all of a sudden she became this different person. She dropped her old friends and now she's someone else. That's not the girl I know. That's similar to the lyrics in Jealousy."
