Maggie Gyllenhaal Engaged & Expecting

Maggie Gyllenhaal photo Maggie Gyllenhaal and her actor husband Peter Sarsgaard are engaged and already expecting their first child, it’s been announced.

Spokesmen for the stars, who have been together for four years, have confirmed the news.

28-year-old Maggie shot to fame in “Donnie Darko” with her brother Jake Gyllenhaal, and his also starred in "Secretary" and "Mona Lisa Smile".

While Golden Globe nominee Peter has starred in war movie "Jarhead" - with his future brother-in-law Jake, "Flightplan" and the Oscar-winning drama "Boys Don’t Cry".

The couple have worked together once, co-starring in the low-budget movie “In God‘s Hands” which was never released.
