Jessica Simpson will step into Pamela Anderson’s red swimsuit to star in a movie version of hit 90’s TV show "Baywatch".
Which means all you guys out there have shots of Jessica running down a beach in slow-motion to look forward to.
"Jessica really caught the eye in [her movie debut] "The Dukes of Hazzard" film last summer. She was the unanimous choice for the "Baywatch" role," a source says.
"Jessica has all the assets to make Pammi's part her own," they added.
Speaking of her ‘assets’, the “Newlyweds” star won’t have a problem with showing off her lady lumps in the figure-hugging costume:
"I have amazing boobs. They're just perfect," she says.
The 25-year-old - who recently split from her husband singer Nick Lachey after three years - will star as a sexy lifeguard saving lives on Venice Beach, California.
Producers hope David Hasselhoff, who played Mitch Buchannon in the television version, will also star in the movie.
Popular show "Baywatch" launched the careers of Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra and Yasmine Bleeth.
