Hip hop superstar Eminem has filed for divorce from his childhood sweetheart, Kim, less than 11 weeks after remarrying her.
Employees of the Macomb County clerk's office confirmed that divorce papers were filed by Eminem aka Marshall Bruce Mathers III.
"There has been a breakdown in the marriage relationship to the extent that the objects of matrimony have been destroyed and there remains no reasonable likelihood that the marriage can be preserved," Eminem stated on his divorce papers.
Through his lawyers, he has asked that his privacy be respected.
Em and Kim remarried on January 14th, a month after announcing they were back together. The couple have a 10-year-old daughter together, Hailie Jade.
Their first marriage came to an end in October 2001 after just two years, with the "Lose Yourself" rapper even recording a track - "Kim" - with graphic details about his wife’s death.
Em, who has a ‘Kim: rot in pieces’ tattoo on this stomach, and Kim grew up in the suburbs along Eight Mile Road, Detroit's northern border.

Oh my God please!!!! Let her go she is a Drug Addict nothing can help her!!Thank God he left her!!Em needs to be with a woman of color!!! he should try dating out side his race. But one who isnt after his Money!!! But that also will b very hard look at Russell Simmons and his wife she new what she was doing and now honey she will get half of that empire!!! she is looking for something fresh and young no offense to the brother.....
